We ask before we look.
A face is personal data. PixSpace treats it that way, for every guest at every event.
How we handle face dataNo face search without a yes. Every guest is asked before the camera opens.
Selfies are deleted after the search. The face data from it lasts only for that visit.
Photographers stay in control. Turn face search off for any event, any time.
No forced matches. When we aren’t sure, we say so and let the guest decide.
Made for big weddings, not small albums.
- Uploads that retry on their own
- If part of an upload fails, it’s tried again before the photo is marked as failed. Duplicates are skipped.
- One search across every function
- Haldi, sangeet, pheras and reception, searched all at once.
- Limits you can actually read
- Photos, storage and events each get their own meter. Nothing runs out by surprise.
Questions photographers ask.
What guests see, what happens to a selfie, and how an event is shared.
All questionsWhat is PixSpace?
PixSpace is an online gallery for event photos. A photographer uploads the whole event and shares one link or QR code. Guests open it on their phone and find the photos they’re in with a selfie, without installing an app or creating an account.
What does PixSpace cost?
Each plan’s price, limits and features are on the pricing page. You pay once for the length you pick, and nothing renews on its own.
How do guests find their photos?
They open the event’s link or scan its QR code, agree to a face search, and take a selfie or upload a clear photo of themselves. PixSpace compares it with that event’s photos only and shows the ones they’re in. Face search comes with some plans; the pricing page shows which.
Do guests need an app or an account?
No. The gallery opens in the phone’s browser, and guests don’t install anything or sign up. On plans that include guest registration, a photographer can ask for a name and phone number before guests search.
What happens to a guest’s selfie?
It’s used for one search and deleted as soon as that search has run. No face data from the selfie is stored. Every guest is asked before the camera opens, and anyone who says no is never searched.
How do I share an event with guests?
Each event gets a link and a QR code. Print the QR code on a standee for the venue, an A4 poster or an A5 table card, or send the link on WhatsApp. Find my photos shows each guest only the photos their selfie matched; Whole album also lets them browse everything when you turn browsing on.
Can I upload a whole wedding at once?
Yes. Drop the whole event folder and its structure is kept. A part that fails is tried again on its own, and a photo already in the event is skipped as a duplicate. How many photos and how much storage you can keep depends on your plan.
Your next wedding, delivered one selfie at a time.
Upload the whole event, share one QR code, and every guest gets the photos they’re in.
