Terms of use

Draft for review. This text has not been checked by a lawyer yet and will change before PixSpace opens to the public.

Version 2026-10-27. Creating an account records that you agreed to this version.

PixSpace is new

PixSpace is a new product. Features, limits and these terms will change as it develops.

Photographers

• You keep ownership of the photos you upload.
• You confirm you have the right to upload them and share them with your event’s guests.
• You decide each event’s access: who can search, whether a PIN is needed, and whether guests can browse everything.

Guests

Guests use PixSpace to find and download photos from events they attended. Downloaded photos are for personal use unless the photographer says otherwise.

Payments and refunds

Plans are paid once and never renew on their own. Payments aren’t refunded as money; the refund and cancellation policy says what happens instead.

Still to come

Sections on liability, account suspension and governing law will be added before paid plans open.
