Share event photos with a QR code
Every PixSpace event gets a link and a QR code. Print the code on a standee at the venue, an A4 poster or an A5 table card, or send the link on WhatsApp. Guests scan it and the gallery opens in their phone’s browser, with nothing to install and no account to make.

Two links for each event
- Find my photos, on plans that include face search: each guest sees only the photos their selfie matched, never the whole album.
- Whole album: guests can browse every photo while browsing is on, and search with a selfie too when face search is on.
Each link has its own QR code. Use Find my photos when guests should see only themselves, and Whole album when the whole event is for everyone.
Print a standee
The Share tab’s Standee button makes a print-ready A4 poster, for a stand or a wall, or an A5 table card, for tables and the bar. You pick which link it carries; it starts on Find my photos.
Copy the link, or send it on WhatsApp straight from the Share tab. The QR code also downloads as an image, for an invitation or a message.
Keep it to your guests
- Add a PIN, and guests enter it before they can browse or search the photos.
- If a link has gone further than it should, make a new one: the old link stops working at once, and so does every QR code printed with it.
- On plans that include guest registration, ask for a name and phone number before guests search. The Guests tab lists who did.
What guests see first
The gallery opens on the event’s cover with your studio’s name. On plans that include social links, your studio’s links show under the cover.
Questions
Can I keep a gallery private?
Yes. Add a PIN so only the guests you give it to can open the gallery, share the Find my photos link so each guest sees only their own photos, or turn face search off for the event.
Do guests need an app or an account?
No. The gallery opens in the phone’s browser, and guests don’t install anything or sign up. On plans that include guest registration, a photographer can ask for a name and phone number before guests search.
