PixSpace is an online gallery for event photos. You upload the event and share one QR code. Guests open it on their phone and find the photos they’re in with a selfie. Plans differ in how much you can keep and what’s included.
In every plan
A link and a QR code for each eventPrint it on a standee at the venue, or send it on WhatsApp.
Nothing for guests to installThe gallery opens in the phone’s browser. No app, no account.

Limits
- Photos
- How many photos you keep across all your events.
- Storage
- The space those photos take up. Photographers who keep RAW files notice this one first.
- Active events
- Events guests can open right now. Archive an old event to free a slot.
- Face-search events
- Events with selfie search switched on. Events without it don’t count.

- Guests find their photos with a selfie, and photos are grouped by person.

- Guests save photos, one at a time or as a ZIP.
- WhatsApp sharing
- Guests send photos on WhatsApp from the gallery.
- Album chapters
- Top-level folders become chapters of the guest album.

- The studio’s links show under the gallery cover.

- Galleries can ask guests for a name and phone number.

- The studio’s logo goes on every photo guests see, save or share.
Questions about plans
Is PixSpace a subscription?
No. You pay once for a plan and a length, through Razorpay, and nothing renews on its own.
Can I renew early?
Yes. Renewing adds the new length after your current end date, so you don’t lose any days.
Can I change plans?
Yes. The new plan starts right away. The unused part of your current plan counts toward it, and anything left over is kept as credit for your next purchase. Credit isn’t paid out.
Is face search in every plan?
No. Face search is a plan feature, and each plan shows whether it’s included. An event without it is still a gallery guests open by link or QR code.
